Scott and Lynanne Palmer serve as Bible Translators working with the Havasupai, a small tribe living in the bottom of a tributary of the Grand Canyon. Their task is to work with Havasupai people to make the New Testament Scriptures (and also a portion of Genesis) available in their own language. They work in partnership with the Havasupai Bible Church, and the mission with which they are associated, UIM International. They also view participation in the translation process as a means of leadership development for the Havasupai Bible Church.
- Praise that the translation of the New Testament into the Havasupai language has been completed, and is in the later stages of the publication process!
- Pray that the final reviews and last steps of the publication process would go smoothly.
- Pray for the detailed editing of the audio recording.
- Pray that the Havasupai translation of the scriptures will be used by the lord to touch hearts and build up the church in Supai.
